The municipal technical services are going to elaborate diverse reports on the operation of the contract that maintains the City council with Tribugest to verify the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement.
This was agreed this morning at the meeting held by the Special Commission for Monitoring Contracting, chaired by the Councilor for Finance and Contracting, Eduardo Martinez-Oliva, which has been attended by representatives of all municipal groups.
The session began with a review of the previous reports that were agreed to be drafted in the previous notice, which have led to requests for further clarification to determine the degree of satisfaction in the performance of the contract.
Among other aspects, the Recruitment, Personnel, Legal Advising and Municipal Tax Agency services have been commissioned to prepare new reports on the possibility that the company has incurred a breach of the specifications when subcontracting some service and a cost study Compared to those that would occur if the City Council took over management directly.
Martínez-Oliva explained that the documents will be sent to the municipal groups at the time they are written, without waiting for further meetings of the committee, which, on the other hand, has agreed to convene the second week of the month.
