In order to promote research on our culture, the City of Murcia, through the Department of Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage, has received 7 copies of the book presented this morning by Rafael Gómez at the Río Segura Library, Roots and Traditions' of the Spanish Federation of Folklore Groups.
With this initiative, about 200,000 users of the municipal library network will be able to investigate and know customs and traditions typical of Folklore.
Specifically, the copies, which have annual periodicity, will be available in the libraries Rio Segura, El Carmen, San Basilio, Espinardo, José Saramago, Santiago el Mayor and La Alberca.
With this project, said Gómez, "we want to give a boost to our Municipal Network of Libraries of Murcia (RMBM) and consolidate them as a space of reference to the study of everything related to our culture, history and tradition of the city," has Manifested Gómez.
