In order to supervise the correct functioning and analyze possible improvements, the Councilor for Trade, Organization and Institutional Relations, Maruja Pelegrín, visited this morning the Fame market accompanied by several technicians of the City of Murcia and the president of the Municipal Board Of East District, Rafa Gómez.
Pelegrín explained that the main objective of the visit is to "observe the good development of the market, talk with the sellers and listen to their observations to confirm that the authorization controls and the spaces of each of the 753 sale".
Because according to the head of Commerce, "municipal markets are a good bet to acquire clothes, fruit, footwear, etc., because there are good prices and personalized attention of the market proximity, quality market."
"Thanks to the 8 consumer inspectors of the City of Murcia and the Local Police, we ensure the good development of both the purchase of the nearly 3,000 consumers who pass through the market and the sale," said Maruja Pelegrín.

In total, the Department of Commerce, Organization and Institutional Relations, has assigned in these locations 2,809 mobile positions.
The biggest and most popular is that of La Fama, which has 753 licenses and is held weekly on the avenue of the same name in the city of Murcia on Thursday.
Al de La Fama is followed by Santa Maria de Gracia, which has 164 licenses and is also held on Thursdays.
In districts, the most numerous is El Palmar, which has 200 seats.
