The Councilor for Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén, visited yesterday the pedestrian of Puebla de Soto and members of its municipal council, the green zones of the hamlet.
During the tour the councilman and municipal technicians collected the requests and suggestions of the neighbors of the hamlet as the comprehensive reform of the garden located on the Avenida de Murcia of more than 1,500 square meters.
Thus, the fence sections of the area will be painted, palm trees and trees will be pruned, benches will be placed in the park and new children's games will be installed.
The mayor stressed that there will also be other improvements such as the placement of wooden tables, as well as the replacement of the albero at some points, all accompanied by a possible fencing with natural hedges in the garden, which would give greater protection And aesthetic improvement.
Also will be rehabilitated the padded floor of a playground located in the street Francisco Galera del Cerro.
Guillén committed himself to his rehabilitation as well as to study the increase of shade for that playground, either by installing a microperforated awning that lets light through, or with the natural shadow that the neighboring mulberry trees can give.
During the tour, the councilor knew closely the concerns of the residents of the hamlet, ensuring that in the green area between Cueva Barqueros and Avenida de Murcia will install a new area for children's games.
These works are the result of the numerous programmed visits that the Guillén makes to the districts and districts of the municipality, accompanied by municipal technicians and responsible of the different districts to know the needs of each zone.
