Proexport was protagonist of the Third Encounter Gastrolab CSR Club, realized in the Campus of Los Jerónimos.
The event had a show cooking of ten dishes of fruit and vegetables suggestive, by the chef Juan Antonio Pellicer, who was presented by José María Cayuela, vice-dean the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics of the UCAM.
Subsequently the talk was held by Fernando Gómez Molina, general director of PROEXPORT, attended by outstanding professionals of the business sector of the Region.
Fernado Gómez Molina, general director of PROEXPORT, said that "we have wonderful horticultural products that give us a phenomenal gastronomic game and with this event we not only divulge the healthy properties they have, but also put in value those that are more directly from the field Gastronomic and culinary ".
On the other hand, Victor Meseguer, director of the chair, stressed about this meeting that "today we want to pay tribute to the Murcia of the farmers, to all those who make it possible for our Region to lead the export of fresh fruit and Vegetables, and doing it today with PROEXPORT companies is a luxury ".
Meseguer also recalled that "there are already more than 500 companies that have met because of the different activities organized by the UCAM related to the field of CSR."
