The Municipal Board of La Purísima - Barriomar district, governed by the Popular Group, has organized a pilgrimage trip to Caravaca de la Cruz on the occasion of the Jubilee Year.
In this way, neighbors who wish can visit the sanctuary.
The trip will be held next Sunday, March 5, with departure at 9.00.
Emilio Cañete, president of the Municipal Board, has reported that three buses have been completed, with a total of 165 people enrolled.
This initiative arose thanks to the Home of the Pensioner of La Purísima and the Municipal Board, who supported the pilgrimage, organizing the itinerary so that the neighbors can enjoy this experience.
Attendees will visit the Jubilee Station of the Church of El Salvador in Caravaca de la Cruz, a meeting point for pilgrims.
From there, you will proceed to the pilgrimage on foot to the sanctuary of the Holy Cross Vera de Caravaca.
Cañete has stressed the importance of this event and has informed that this pilgrimage "has been organized so that anyone who wishes to be able to travel to Caravaca for the Jubilee Year.
