The municipal group of Citizens has denounced "the ineptitude of José Ballesta or maybe it is indifference" to investigate the large millionaire contracts that the City of Murcia maintains with companies such as Tribugest, Cespa, Terra Natura;

Or subcontracting of the public company Emuasa with private companies of AGBAR.

Contracts in question

"We are talking about contractual relations that are clearly in question," said Cs spokesman Mario Gómez, who, in this regard, has put as an example the contract with Tribugest, investigated by the Court of Instruction No. 1 of Lugo before a possible influence peddling;

Or complaints about the awards to companies linked to AGBAR, some of them judicial investigation.

"While all this happens," said Gomez, "the mayor of Murcia does not take any firm decision, on the contrary, the purest 'Rajoy style' looks the other way and expects the storm to fade."

Thus, he continued, the pacts with the local PP are proving a clear fiasco.

"In the case of Roque Ortiz," explained Gómez, "we have actively and passively asked the mayor of Murcia to do something, since the commissioning of a Commission of Inquiry on the linking of Urbamusa with the builder Ramón Salvador Águeda And his companies, as well as the justification of the travel expenses to Istanbul of which he was manager of the public company between 2005 and 2015, and today he is the first Lieutenant of the Mayor of Development until his removal from the Council of Urbamusa and withdrawal of powers over Works and services related to the municipal urbanization company ".
