The University of Murcia (UMU) celebrates tomorrow the III Conference on Food Science and Technology, entitled "Useful life of food: a challenge for the food industry".
During the same, which will be held in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Espinardo campus, will deepen knowledge of the commercial life of food and innovations in this area.
Under the direction of the UMU professors María Belén López Morales and María Dolores Garrido Fernández, the meeting is organized by the Association of Students and Graduates in Science and Technology of Food of the University of Murcia (ANCYTA).
