"Women and corporal violence" is the title of the day that will be held on Wednesday, February 22, at 6:00 pm, in the Hall of Degrees of the Faculty of Law.
The day includes a round table in which will participate Pilar Almansa Martinez, Professor of Nursing and Vice President of the Association DEMUSA, with the theme "Female genital mutilation", and the teacher and general health psychologist, sexologist and specialist in couples therapy , Helena Tudela Vidal, who will talk about "Updating and understanding of eating disorders (TAC): a psychological perspective."
Eva María Rubio Fernández, Director of the Unit for Equality between Women and Men of the UMU will act as moderator.
The workshop includes the workshop "Diversity against corporal violence" directed by Maje Girona Magraner, doctoral student in health anthropology, gender and human rights.

The activity is organized by the Vice-Rectorate for Social Responsibility, Transparency and Equality of the University of Murcia, Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, Federation of Young Women, DEMUSA, Unit for Equality between Women and Men of UMU and MUJOMUR.
