The East Municipal Council of Murcia, which covers the neighborhoods of La Paz, Vistabella and La Fama, celebrates this Saturday 18 February its parade of carnival in collaboration with the Commission of Fiestas.
The president of the District Council of the Popular Party, Rafael Gómez, has informed that this parade will leave at 5 pm Saturday from Gutiérrez Mellado Street and will end in the Plaza de los Patos.
It will pass through the streets Doctor Tapia Sanz, Antoñete Galvez Street, Avenida de la Fama, General Yagüe Street, Jorge Palacios Intendant, Ramon Gallud Street, Perez Miralles Street, Tarragona Street, Tajo River Street, Pablo VI Street, Rio Ebro Street, Valencia Street , Calle Párroco Pedro Martínez Conesa, Capitán Balca Street and Luis Fontes Pagan Street.
The name of the Muses of the Carnival has already been announced.
Ana Hernández, 20, is Musa del Carnaval 2017, Lorena Hermosa, 14, holds the position of Musa Juvenil, and Laura López, 11, is the Muse of the Children category.
In addition the title of Don Carnaval 2017 is for José Antonio Torrez of 5 years.
