The cookers are prepared for the V edition of the GastroTEA high-cuisine solidarity day, which will take place next Monday, February 20 in Murcia and whose benefits will go entirely to the financing of a new center for early care and specific autism disability in Murcia.

The event, linked to the annual charity dinner of ASTEAMUR, this time with the participation of the Catalan chef Joan Roca, cook with 3 Michelin stars and has as main objective, to promote awareness in society about autism, a disorder that affects More and more children.

The Councilor for Social Rights, Conchita Ruiz, has called on society in Murcia to "turn around and collaborate with this solidarity initiative, demonstrating once again our commitment to build a more just future, helping those who need it most and offering Our hand to the most vulnerable people. "

Ruiz Caballero presented this morning the event, in an event also attended by the president of Asteamur, Nani Martinez de Haro, treasurer of Amureco, Adrián Flores and the director of the IES La Flota, Rocío Lineros.

This V edition of GastroTEA will consist of a Show Cooking to be held in the morning at the Teatro Circo de Murcia, starring the famed 3 Michelin star chef Joan Roca, El Celler Restaurant in Can Roca and Best Restaurant in the World in 2013 and 2015.

In addition, will be attended by chefs Diego Gallegos Sollo restaurant (1 * Michelin), and Pablo Gonzalez Conejero (1 * Michelin), Restaurant La Cabaña, Finca Buenavista.

The evening will be held at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Murcia 'La Flota', where Joan Roca will offer a kitchen workshop exclusively for children of ASTEAMUR.

Finally, La Casa de la Luz Restaurant will host the 300-seat charity dinner with a menu designed and cooked specifically for GastroTEA by Joan Roca and his team at El Celeer de Roca, preceded by a cocktail made by AMURECO cooks.
