The Technical Unit Area of ​​the University of Murcia (UMU) has installed a total of 132 bicycle parking facilities in different areas of the Espinardo campus.

These are galvanized steel inverted U-shaped valves, which facilitates the parking and fixing of the anti-theft mechanisms.

The car parks have been placed next to several university centers, among which are faculties and dependencies such as the University Information Service (SIU) and the university swimming pool.

This improvement implemented by the UMU responds to the intention to facilitate access to the campus by bicycle.
