The legal services have delivered this morning the reports concerning the deposit of both the Autonomous Community and the municipal archaeologist, together with the contracting files processed and the list of 250 actions carried out by the municipal services since 2009

The legal services of the City Council have appeared this morning in the Prosecutor's Office to present the documentation relating to the recovery and conservation of the San Esteban site, which details the actions carried out since 2009 for the protection of the suburbs.
The documentation provided consists of:
Protocol of Action between City Council and Autonomous Community for joint action in the archaeological zone of San Esteban
Report of the municipal archaeologist comprehensive of all the actions carried out in said deposit
Report of the Directorate General of Cultural Property dated 15/07/2016 regarding the state of conservation of the said deposit, in which it is estimated that "the general condition of the remains is correct"
List of contracting files for the conservation of this reservoir from 2009 to the present
More than 250 interventions
From 2009 to the present time, the City Council has promoted more than 200 interventions in the site, both regarding the adoption of conservation and protection measures and inspections carried out by the officials to control the state of the archaeological remains.
Some actions have shown that an "acceptable state of preservation" is maintained.
To these are added more than 40 administrative actions that have been carried out.
Of these, seven recruitment records related specifically to protection and conservation.
In the last 16 months, 23 approvals have been completed for the processing of three fundamental projects for the site: its master plan, the adaptation of the environment and conservation measures, whose award proposals were approved just yesterday.

On the other hand, the City Council will transfer the minutes of the meetings held by the Contracting Bureau which, by decision of the Government Team of the Partido Popular, have the participation and assistance of all municipal groups, including Ahora Murcia-Podemos, Who at all times has been aware of the administrative procedures approved to carry out the conservation and rehabilitation work.
"Not only do they attend, but they have an obligation to know all the administrative procedures that require public contracting, their deadlines and their phases," says Roque Ortiz, Councilor for Development.
