Cabezo de Torres prepares for the third edition of the Holi Run color race.
Next Sunday, February 19, starting at 11 am, more than 16,000 runners will participate in this fun-sporting event that marks the start of the Carnival of the hamlet.
The 5-kilometer tour will begin and end at Avenida Juventud Cabezo de Torres, where the final party will be held with the Holi Boom, the collective launch of colorful powder that covers the participants in a cheerful multicolored cloud.
Among the innovations that will be able to be enjoyed in this edition are the glitter powder, the change of route that will pass through the North Coast as it passes through Cabezo de Torres, and a new space for the end of the event that includes Will be located on a plot next to the Sports Center on the Avenida Juventud.
The holirunners will find the five powder arches of pink, blue, orange, green and red colors every thousand meters in the layout.
The organization will use thousands of kilos of colored powder from India made from maize flour and natural dyes that are non-toxic, non-allergic and approved for use by the European Union.
The arrival at the goal will be rewarded the Coca-Cola area, where they will receive a refreshment to choose from their variety and will be received with a musical party.
In addition, once the race is over and with the help of all the participants, there will be an explosion of colors or Holi Boom that will color the sky of Cabezo de Torres.
Registration is done through Holi Run's website, www.holirun.es, with an individual modality, another group (from four people), children (from 8 to 12 years old) and children (up to 7 years).
The current price of the registration for adult category is 18 euros, the group 17 euros per person, 16 euros children from 8 to 12 years and one euro for children up to 7 years.
The entrance includes Holi Run T-shirt, back, colorful powder bag and Holi Run backpack, which will be collected on February 17th and 18th, in the Nueva Condomina Shopping Center in Murcia.

Thus, in 2015 participated more than 8,000 people and in 2016 more than 13,000.
