The Councilor for Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén, explained that "once again, the Municipal Socialist Group and its councilman Enrique Ayuso demonstrate an absolute ignorance of the administrative procedures and work that takes place in this City Council ".
Guillén stated that "the Governing Board has not approved the municipal ordinance of fords, but a draft of it, which now, in addition to the period of public exposure, will be the object of a participation process in which all Murcia, including Municipal political groups, can contribute their suggestions ".
The councilor added that "it will subsequently be approved initially in the municipal plenary session, where political groups will also be able to put forward their suggestions, will go through the relevant public exposure period, and finally it will have to be the plenary that awards it definitively ".
Guillén has indicated that "this Government Team is a flag of transparency and participation as we have demonstrated by giving the municipal political groups weeks ago the text of the ordinance and opening a period of participation in which they and any citizen can give an opinion and that Was not obligatory.I am surprised by the cynicism of Mr. Ayuso that like the rest of political groups has the text for three weeks "
The councilman concluded by explaining that "Ayuso and the other groups were summoned to a meeting last week to review the text of the draft along with the technicians responsible for its drafting and agreed with him and with the other representatives of the opposition that Attended the meeting that the participatory process would be launched this week, as has been done, or has problems of memory or shame.
