Sixty-four companies have participated in the tender to take charge of the remodeling of the garden of Avenida de la Juventud de Cabezo de Torres, whose initiative has been promoted by the City Council through the Municipal Board of this hamlet.
The project includes the construction of a large platform of 1,265 square meters of concrete that will serve as the basis for the Sports Service to subsequently install a skatepark.
In addition, this garden will be provided with a new children's play area fenced and padded in order to provide recreational spaces and generate integration zones for children with reduced mobility.
The action includes new lighting and the landscaping of several slopes and flower beds with the prairie plantation, where a new irrigation network will be installed by dripping and sprinkling.
New access to the garden will also be created, taking advantage of existing ones and granting them a corresponding treatment.
According to the specifications governing the award, the City Council, through the Municipal Board, will invest in this garden, which has a lead time of 4 months, a maximum amount of 110.00 euros, excluding VAT.
