The incorporation of social clauses to all contracts of the City Council will be a reality soon, since it has been worked on it in recent months.
That is why, for Councilor for Social Rights, Conchita Ruiz, it is 'surprising' that the PSOE proposes as something new and something of its own something that is underway.
With respect to home help, the new specifications already contain certain social clauses.
Specifically, it specifies that the absence and sanctions regime includes, in the section on very serious offenses, "breach of labor standards or collective agreement of the personnel to be employed" and "failure to comply with salary or social security obligations with respect to workers at Employ, without prejudice to the labor responsibilities or of any other nature that could correspond to the awarded. "
