The University of Murcia (UMU), within the activities of the Sustainable Campus, has carried out anthropometric studies to members of the university community, in which the weight, height, body mass index, percentage of fat and muscle , Along with data on diet and physical activity.
Specialists from the Environmental Quality, Food Safety and Nutrition Service of the UMU then proceeded to interpret the results and offer the participants a complete study of the values ​​obtained, together with the advisable nutritional advice.
Among the activities developed in recent weeks is also the promotion of the Route of 10,000 Steps and the distribution of oranges among the university community.
