The Municipal Board of Sangonera la Verde has carried out numerous actions to condition the hamlet after heavy rains and snowfall that have occurred in the last month.

For this reason, several bumps and holes have been repaired that were found in the streets of the center of the hamlet, such as Rambla Street, Constitución Avenue or Mayayo Road.

Jiménez notes that "during the snowfall of January, a special device was installed to prevent incommunicado and isolated residents living in the urbanization Torre Guil, cleaning the snow on the sidewalks to allow the entrance of vehicles.

Works in recent years

In the last five years, the Municipal Board has invested more than 1,300,000 euros in improving the safety and quality of life of the residents of Sangonera la Verde.

With this investment have been carried out the enlargements of the schools of the schools Antonio Delgado Dorrego and Nicolás Raya.
