The sociologist and social worker recalls that "the neighborhood was built mainly on social housing, mostly 40 and 50 m² and with an average of 6 people per house, ie overcrowded. Regional and municipal governments of the PP and the PSOE have not made any public policy the neighborhood, whose management has been a real aberration.
