The Department of Development, directed by Roque Ortiz, has integrally reformed the underground pedestrian crossing of Ronda Norte that communicates San Basilio with San Anton and that presented problems of structural deterioration in the horizontal facing of the roof.
The action performed consisted in the sanitation of the structural concrete in those areas where the coating layer of the reinforcement had been detached.
After the saneo of the same, an armor passivator has been applied and the coating layer of the concrete has been restored by means of a mortar of high resistance.
Subsequently, all horizontal and vertical faces of the lower step have been painted with a special paint to facilitate the cleaning of graffiti with the simple manual application of water and a soap gel of elimination of graffiti
