The open access electronic journal Enfermería Global, published by the Publications Service of the University of Murcia (UMU), has just published its new issue, corresponding to the month of January.

The publication, in order to respond to updates and requests for databases, has modified the structure of its sections, which will henceforth be distributed in "Original Articles" and "Revisions".

The articles in this issue deal with, among other issues, the cultural and environmental factors associated with obesity, attachment in the early postpartum and care needs of cancer patients in outpatient treatment.
