The University of Murcia (UMU) and the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) have organized a Conference on "An Education for the 21st Century", which will be inaugurated tomorrow, January 12, at La Merced campus. March, 15th.
These meetings, which will involve professors from various universities and other experts, will be developed not only in units of the UMU and UPCT, but also in a dozen municipalities in the Region.
These towns are Molina de Segura, Cieza, Archena, Caravaca de la Cruz, Moratalla, Calasparra, Jumilla, Lorquí, Mula and Yecla.
The inaugural conference, which will be offered tomorrow at 7:00 p.m., at the Paraninfo campus of La Merced, will be led by Víctor M. Juan, from the University of Zaragoza, director of the Pedagogical Museum of Aragon.
The lecturer will talk about "What can a Pedagogical Museum for 21st Century Education do?".
