The Governing Board has approved the specifications to contract the maintenance and technical assistance service of the computer application used by the Local Police.
This software of integral management of the Local Police mainly includes the modules of Personnel, Record of Documents, Planning of Actions, Quadrants of Service, Armory, Academy, Citizen Assistance, Lost Objects, Agenda of events in the public street, Deposits of vehicles and Park of police vehicles.
This application handles the daily tasks of Local Police and shares relevant data in order to improve police efficiency and the organization of agents, as well as reducing the time spent conducting administrative tasks.
The maximum price has been set at 83.059 euros and the term is 2 years, extendable to another two years.
