With the beginning of the Christmas period, the City Parks and Gardens Service, which is part of the Department of Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, is placing one of the most typical flowers of these dates known as 'poinsetia'.
In total 5,000 Easter flowers adorn the main streets of Murcia on the occasion of the Christmas holidays that are being planted in Avenida de la Libertad, Glorieta de España, and other streets of the urban center
These works have been made thanks to the work of a team of five people for three days.
Guillén remembers that these Easter flowers are a complement to the plants that already exist, and are expected to remain until next February.
"What we are looking for is to create a great red mantle that adorns our streets and squares so that Murcia and tourists can contemplate the great beauty of this typical Christmas flower," said Guillén
