The Government Board approves the secondment of local officials and police to the new supplements derived from the agreement, which will allow progress in the modernization of administration, improve productivity and increase the quality of the public service
The Governing Board has given the green light to the secondment of municipal officials to the Special Supplemental Dedicación Complementary Regime and the Local Police agents to the Supplementary Regimen of Reinforcement of Day, which are part of the agreement reached at the Negotiating Table that Includes the Unified Text of the Agreement of Working Conditions and Collective Agreement of Public Employees of the City of Murcia 2016-2019.
This means that the City Council will offer 40,305 more hours of citizen care per year, in addition to increasing security in the municipality with 53,100 hours more work of local police officers.
The aim is to increase the productivity of public employees and their training, making it possible for Murcia to have a more efficient, efficient and close administration, on the basis that a better trained official will provide a better public service.
In total, 2,687 municipal officials and the Complementary Reinforcement Scheme of 354 Local Police officers have been registered in this Special Complementary Dedication Regime.
In this way, from January onwards, more public services will be recovered in the afternoon, especially those in direct contact with Murcia, such as libraries, cultural centers, youth, sports, theaters, squares and markets, decentralization, social emergency service And, of course, the citizen service department;
To which must be added those dedicated by police and firefighters, within the plan to increase security.
