The Faculty of Sociosanitary Sciences of the University of Murcia (UMU), in the campus of Lorca, will host tomorrow, Thursday, the 22nd, the VI Scientific Sessions of Nursing Students.
After the opening ceremony, which will start at 9:00 am by the dean of the Faculty, David Iyú, will be held four tables of communications in which will analyze different aspects from the perspective nurse.
The first will address separation anxiety in children of the attachment figure, psychosocial factors of the act of aging and psychological support in couples in assisted reproduction treatment.
Ethical issues in emergency patient care, bioethical and legal aspects in interviewing relatives of potential organ donors, as well as donation of blood as a public service, will focus on the second table.
School bullying and cyberbulling in adolescents, in addition to emerging drugs and cultural diversity and youth health, will be analyzed in the third table.
The last one will deal with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, prevention of osteoporosis, erectile dysfunction and hypertension.
The conference, which will also include poster-type communications, will be closed with a lecture on nursing specialization, given by Teresa Sánchez Barroso, supervisor at the Hospital la Inmaculada de Huércal-Overa.
