The National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (ANECA) has approved the adaptation of the General Course on Initiation Practices to Advocacy, given by the University of Murcia's School of Legal Practice (UMU), with the current Master's Degree in Advocacy .
The adaptation will apply to the General Course held from the academic year 2005-2006, when it began to be taught with the structure and teaching system, taking into account the distribution of European Transfer Credits (ECTS).
This recognition, which covers the Course in its entirety except the credits corresponding to the Work End of Master, may be requested in the Academic Committee of the aforementioned master's degree by the graduates in Law that are collegiate in modality of exercises.
These must provide the certificate of professional training accrediting the passing of the "professional training test" organized by the General Council of Spanish Law.
The application will require in all cases the registration in the Secretariat of the Faculty of Law of the UMU within the period and procedure to be established soon.
