The Government Board has approved the specifications to contract the remodeling works of the garden located on Avenida de la Juventud de Cabezo de Torres.
This project, promoted by the City Council through the Cabezo de Torres Municipal Board, will allow a large platform of 1,265 square meters of concrete to be used as a base for the Sports Service to subsequently install a skatepark.
The Department of Modernization has processed the project elaborated with the Municipal Board and the Department of Sports and Health.
In addition, this garden will be provided with a new children's play area fenced and padded in order to provide recreational spaces for children of all ages and generate integration zones for children with reduced mobility.
The action includes the installation of new lighting and the landscaping of several slopes and flower beds with the prairie plantation and various tapestry that will have a new drip and sprinkler irrigation network
New access to the garden will also be created, taking advantage of existing ones and granting them a corresponding treatment.
The City Council, through the Municipal Board, will invest in these works, which have a term of execution of 4 months, a maximum amount of 133,880 euros.
