Several students of the Degree in Physiotherapy will practice at Garmergy, the pioneering e-sports festival and video games competitions, thanks to the Catholic University of Murcia has reached a collaboration agreement with the Professional Video Games League.
In this event, to be held on 16, 17 and 18 December in IFEMA (Madrid), the Final Cup of League of Legend, the national finals of the game most played in the world.
The intervention of the students of Physiotherapy of the UCAM will consist of performing different therapies with the objective of increasing the performance of the players participating in the tournament.
It will be a new experience for both students and players.
The students who will carry out these practices are Elena Romero, 4th grade student, and ĂŤńigo Fernández, teacher and doctoral student at the UCAM in the Degree in Physiotherapy.
They will also be accompanied by Tao Martínez, as head of the eSports program of the Catholic University of Murcia.
