Christmas is installed in the Plaza de la Merced next Friday December 23 at 8:00 p.m. to bring the sixth edition of Christmas Rock.
Carols and Christmas songs are performed by seven Murcian singers, who will gather as a band, exclusively, showing their repertoire of Christmas songs from the classic songbook of rock, pop, rock and roll, etc, in this event, presented by the councilor of Youth and Development Cooperation, Rebeca Pérez and the Councilor for Employment, Tourism and Culture, Jesús Pacheco.
The names of this edition are Jam Albarracín, singer from Murcia, leader of Guard Pharmacy and current journalist of La Truth, jury of CreaMurcia;
Jesús Cobarro, from the Noise Box group;
Winners of Creajoven;
Marta Casanova, young Cartagena singer based in Berlin;
Pike Cavalero, one of the most famous rock and roll musicians in Murcia;
Clara Plath, artist and poet from Murcia, sworn of CreaMurcia singer-songwriter;
Adrián Gutiérrez, leader of the Nunatak group;
And Aaron Saez awarded in various editions of Creajoven.
Each of the guests at the event, which is organized by the Institute of Artistic Expression of the South East (IEAS), will show the variety in styles and proposals, from pop, blues, jazz or rock and roll with the arrangements in charge of José Antonio Herrera and the band Christmas Rock.
