The Citizens' spokesman, Mario Gómez, will defend a motion asking the Plenary to establish objective criteria and subject to the law when fixing the wage supplement of productivity of the Murcia Consistory officials.
"If there are no logical and equitable criteria," said Gómez, "this economic allocation could be considered arbitrary, subject to the wishes of the politicians on which responsibility or the custom of the Administration rests."
"Since Citizens we do not see that the process of remuneration of the complement of productivity that is carrying out the Popular Party is transparent and logical," he has lamented.
Elaboration of a draft
Therefore, the orange spokesperson will demand to the Department of Personnel the elaboration of a draft with the objective criteria for the assignment of this complement.
It will also demand that such a draft be made available to the various political groups so that "we can agree on them";
And once the final results have been obtained they will be ratified in plenary before the approval of the municipal budgets of 2017.
