The Town Planning Council proposes to start the declaration of non-compliance with the agreement signed with Desarrollos Nueva Condomina Navarro will tomorrow propose to the Committee of Plenary the start of the procedure in relation to the construct (16/11/2016)

The Councilor for Town Planning, Environment and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, will tomorrow submit to the Committee of Plenary Urban Planning and Environment a proposal to initiate the procedure of declaration of non-compliance with the agreement signed between the City and Sports Management and Project (Desarrollos Nueva Condomina ), Torre Alcayna and CF Real Murcia, with regard to the obligation to build and deliver to the City Council an 18-hole golf course.

The Navarro initiative also envisages collecting the corresponding reports in order to determine the legal consequences of such a declaration of non-compliance and its effects on the planning and management affected.

If the commission approves this agreement tomorrow, the insolvency representative or administration of Desarrollos Nueva Condomina and the commercial court, the compensation board of the partial plan, the registration of the property and the signatory entities of the agreement will be transferred to Which will be granted hearing process.
