Guiseppe Rusolillo Femenías has concluded by giving some advice on proper nutrition, stating that "we should do more physical exercise, smoke less and take more food of vegetable origin and less of animal origin." We should mainly consume fruits, vegetables, whole products, nuts , And we would add today with the presentation of the documentary by Carlos Sabater, that these products are from our geographic surroundings and, as far as possible, choose ecological products.
