The Mayor, José Ballesta, has transferred to Pablo Martínez Miñarro the congratulations of the Murcia for his success achieved in the Veterans World Championship, where he won the silver medal in the 200 meters smooth.

The Veterans World Championship, one of the most important events on the veteran circuit, celebrated its 22nd edition in the Australian city of Perth.

The Murcia athlete was received this morning in the City Hall by the Mayor, accompanied by other members of the Corporation, including Sports and Health Minister Felipe Coello.

In the course of the event, held in the Plenary Hall, Pablo Martinez has received a plaque in recognition of his brilliant participation in the championship.
