Attendees, from various regional companies, have deepened data management and measurement of results, through business intelligence, with the aim of favoring their digital communications
Young entrepreneurs and executives from the Region have gathered at the Campus of Los Jerónimos to analyze, from a didactic point of view, the latest technological trends for the management and improvement of communications of companies and institutions, through the integration of the Analysis of Big Data, Small Data and Cloud Computing, also known as cloud computing.
With the help of Jorge Hierro, CEO in Salta Communication and expert in digital training, attendees to the day have deepened in data management and measurement of results, through 'business intelligence';
A trend that emerges, in the words of Hierro, "given the need of companies to reorient themselves to new typologies of customers and new market contexts."
Throughout the workshop, promoted through the Technological Institute of the UCAM (ITM), the participants have interacted with various virtual tools, such as BiyCloud, Doppost, or Raventools, among others, which allow, through the analysis of large quantities of Data, detect trends and, therefore, have qualitative data on real-time clients' emotions, behaviors, opinions and feelings.
In this sense, Hierro emphasized the "present need to make use of this type of scalable tools, which allow autonomous and small businesses to face the digital transformation, taking into account their size and activity, to compete in a global and digital world as the current".
