The rector of the University of Murcia (UMU), José Orihuela, and the president of the Academy of Sciences of the Region, Juan Carmelo Gomez, signed this week a collaboration agreement between both entities.

The agreement, open to any ICT service that the Academy can request, specifically collects the UMU's support in technological management and hosting and maintenance of the UMU's website.

The assistance will be provided by the Information Technology and Applied Communications Area (ATICA) of the UMU.
