The Faculty of Law of the University of Murcia (UMU) has organized for tomorrow, Tuesday, October 25, the First Conference on Black Novel, which will take place in the hall of degrees of the university center, Merced campus, from 18:00.
The event, promoted by Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Murcia Samuel Rodriguez, will participate philologist and journalist Rafael González-Palencia, author of the novel "It rained death", who will talk about the relationship between criminology and crime novels.
Other speakers include writer and Police Inspector Javier de Pedro, who will speak about the origin of this literary genre, and Professor of Procedural Law at the University of Murcia Fernando Castillo, whose paper will deal with the Scandinavian crime novel.
Admission is free until full capacity of the room.
