The Board of Governors approved the call for aid and subsidies to promote organized by Federations and Associations of Mothers and Fathers activities of alumni / ae of the 116 public schools and 44 private schools in the municipality of Murcia during the current year.
The activities of the call will contribute to improve and strengthen the promotion of reading and use of libraries, cultural activities, sports, leisure time and related information technologies and communication aimed at school children aged 3 to 12 years.
The amount that the City Council has allocated for the development of this action, through the Department of Education, University Relations and Heritage, directed by Rafael Gomez, is 39,000 euros.
Specifically 31,200 euros for parent associations alumni / ae and 7,800 euros for Federation of Associations of Parents.
The endpoints of the projects presented by both appreciate the establishment of book banks in coordination with the AMPAS and include activities that promote active participation as members of the educational community;
develop cultural activities / entertainment, sports and related new technologies (ICTs);
and encourage reading and healthy lifestyles.
The deadline for submission of applications will begin the day after the publication of the extract of the announcement in the Official Gazette
