Then a participatory workshops on Reducing Emissions were held in the local environment, in the fields of energy efficiency, sustainable mobility and Waste, which enabled discuss and share the effectiveness of actions taken and to share new actions to be developed.
Murcia participated in these workshops relating his experience in successful projects as Smartspaces- Energy savings in public buildings through ICT projects and promoting the use of bicycles, which has allowed to reach the city of Murcia a fee of 5% in its modal split.
