Citizens may attend training courses and seminars on computer literacy and digital culture and get the European Computer Driving Accreditation ECDL.

Jose Guillen indicates that the service will be free and will have a schedule of sufficient attention and proportionate to the demands of each center

The network of classrooms open access "Smart Classrooms" the City will experience a new impetus with the aim of gaining new space technologies and improved role and service to citizens.

To this end, the Board has given the green light to a proposal from the Department of Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, directed Jose Guillen, to bid management service and revitalization of these municipal facilities located in neighborhoods and districts.

The approved specification provides for a maximum price of 305,000 euros a year and a contract for two years.

The initiative launched by the city's main purpose is "to increase opportunities for citizens to access and use the Internet and other Information Technology and Communications (ICT) in all areas of his life," said Guillen, and, to this end, training courses and seminars will be held to improve skills and personal skills for job search and emprendurismo.

Along with these, the wings will also offer workshops introduction to computer science, management Internet and digital culture, adapted to different segments of population, and provide obtaining accreditations or user certificates of Information Technologies that the City of Murcia promoted.

Service will be provided during all the year except in July and August in all the municipal Aulas Free access that have the infrastructure and accessibility to adequate and will be made available to the contractor network.

The schedule of these new services in neighborhoods and districts will preferably be in the evenings, but they may also be organized in the morning in the municipal centers that require it due to user demand.
