Two prisoners Prison Sangonera La Verde will participate, along with prisoners from various areas around the world, in the meeting that will keep the Pope Francisco with them the first weekend of November, and which will win the jubilee to mark the year of Mercy decreed by the Holy Father.
To make this possible, the Catholic University of Murcia has taken over the cost of travel of the two inmates from the region.
In this sense, Sister Josefa Vera Saura, Coordinator of Volunteer and Pastoral Penitentiary Prison Sangonera La Verde and responsible Murcia expedition for this event, held this week a meeting with José Luis Mendoza, president of the UCAM, who made him delivery of financial aid for that purpose.
