Navarro Corchón: "The Fuensanta Plan is frozen and scenically affects the Sanctuary of the Fuensanta" (09/09/2016)

The Town Planning, Environment and Huerta, Antonio Navarro Corchón, has responded to the municipal group now Murcia on its request to annul the 'Fuensanta Plan', stressing that "has been stalled in development and not scenically affects Sanctuary fuensanta since buildable focuses far from the same and close to the town of Santo Angel ".

Navarro Corchón recalled that Huerrmur "filed an administrative appeal with very similar arguments to which it is now pointing and which has given rise to a ruling last June 10, 2016 the High Court should declare inadmissible this resource."

"This is a partial plan approved in 2010 and is nothing new addition in it, will incorporate the comments of the CARM, which are of a formal nature and not substance," he added the councilor responsible for the area.

The popular council has insisted that "no possibility of urbanistically develop this area is in question".
