The Mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, today received the corporate vice president of Social Development and Environmental Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), Jose Carrera, a body composed of 17 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, Portugal and Spain.

José Carrera noted after the meeting that "this mission, which began Wednesday and ends today, is made up of technicians and officials from Latin America who wanted to look at Murcia and environmental recovery of the Segura River, a world reference and practical example of how to do things right. "

In addition, CAF vice president revealed his intention to "move the productive experience in the environment of the Segura Basin, proper incorporation of new technologies and competitive vision of the Murcian food industry".
