The University of Murcia (UMU) has published the call for the Study Grants "Pablo Artal" for talented science students starting their studies in this educational institution.

They can choose who enrolled them are found during the course 2016/2017 in the first year of one of the official undergraduate degrees in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Optics and Optometry or Computer Engineering taught at the centers of the UMU .

On September 26 the deadline of application for aid, which consist of 2,000 euros for each selected applicant and will cover the costs of studies of the degree chosen.

The total amount of these amounts to 20,000 euros, entirely donated by Professor of Optics at the UMU Pablo Artal, King James I Award in New Technologies 2015, to facilitate the incorporation of students and excellent students to college science.
