On 22 and 23 September will be held in Jumilla the course of the International University of Mar-Campus Mare Nostrum "Open Government and transformation of information systems management to transparency."
According to officials of the course, the Law on transparency, access to public information and good governance 2013 has been received by society as a stimulus to evolve in the so-called open government or open government.
According to them, the profitability of open government where citizens participate is clear, hence the authorities are carrying out a mutation of their information systems to adapt to that reality.
practices that drive the evolution of information systems in the various public authorities with the aim of offering new models based on transparency and open government, improving and modernizing public services will be examined in the course.
The course is led by Professor of the University of Murcia José Luis González Olivares.
The activity has a duration of 12.5 hours, and those who enroll in it shall be entitled to one free elective credit and ECTS-CRAU credits.
