Councilman Let's change Murcia Nacho Tornel today accused the mayor, José Ballesta, not to share with opposition groups report legal services in their possession for three months on the incompatibility of positions within Emuasa and whose development arose precisely because of a motion of training municipalist had the support of the entire Corporation.
As explained Tornel, it's change requested in Parliament last March that those services draw up a report to clarify the ends of a letter in which the popular mayor Roque Ortiz acknowledged that the joint venture Emuasa could break the law of incompatibilities of staff government service having had hired people with positions in other companies in its private partner.
The report was drafted and sent to the secretary of Plenum who in turn passed it in May the mayor as chairman of the Board of Emuasa, but this has not provided the other groups, even the complainant that document's change Murcia.
"Three months and the mayor still does not share the information," he argued Tornel.
The Council next call is 23 September and is the first item on the agenda to account for the legal opinion, but public directors who are not the PP have not been able to access it to previously study.
In this absence, he has added that the working group set up to address issues Emuasa and thus reach a common position of the public part of the company, still has met to prepare the next Council.
