1,695 taxpayers have joined this system in the last year, representing an increase of 38.4% over 2015
6,102 murcianos pay their local taxes avail itself of the Custom Payment Plan (PPP), which can meet the local finance "up to 12 months without interest."
Last year it was 4,407 taxpayers who opted for this system of payment to the letter, so the growth was 38.4%.
This possibility is part of the measures implemented by the Department of Finance and Contracting to facilitate Murcia fulfill their tax obligations with the city but at the same time, get to do it with the least possible effort for their household economies.
Taxes are the same, but the pace is marked each taxpayer.
To this end the Municipal Tax Agency offers the possibility of paying bills pattern of the main taxes (vehicles, IBI, IAE) and periodic collection rates (fords, tables and chairs, etc.) in the form of payment they choose ( monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or monthly).
The Councillor for Finance and Employment, Eduardo Martinez-Oliva, explains that "the objective of the Municipal Tax Agency is to provide taxpayers fulfill their obligations, adapting the form of income to the most suitable time for each without accrual default interest ".
Anyone wishing to join this system for payments to be made in 2017 have a period until December 1 to do so.
Most of the 6,102 taxpayers who have joined the PPP fertilizers made on a monthly basis.
This is the case of 4,444 people, representing almost 73% of the total.
It is also the category that has grown in the last year, namely 47.8%, since in 2015 were 3,005.
Make revenue with bimonthly it is the second most widely used term -933 people- and that has increased in the last year -29.6%, with 213 more-Murcia.
Also, 623 taxpayers have opted for the quarterly payment and 102 for the year.
