Espinosa recalled that "the largest contract of the City of Murcia is held with the concessionaire of cleaning, Cespa. A contract that will cost all Murcia one billion euros over the next twenty years of existence".
Therefore, the councilor of the PSOE believes the mayor of the PP should focus on ensuring the proper functioning of cleaning and control the proper performance of the contract "which includes the obligation of the concessionaire of awareness campaigns, school campaigns, information caravans or measures to promote recycling companies and businesses ".
