The Catholic University of Murcia launches during 2016/17 Degree in Podiatry, a race that is born in his direction with the base of the UCAM own teachers trained in podiatry and other disciplines, given the versatile character that requires this degree .
Manuel Pardo (podiatrist and nurse) has been appointed Associate Dean of the degree, Julian Garcia (podiatrist and nurse) exercise as deputy director of the Certification and Andrés López del Amo (podiatrist and physiotherapist) will be the academic secretary.
They are teachers with a reputable career as a sign of practical nature that will have this degree since the main objective is to train professionals with a high technical level.
The degree in podiatry has approval from ANECA (National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation), the unanimous approval of the Inter-University Council and has been ratified by the Governing Council of the Region of Murcia.
This certification covers the gap in Murcia and other neighboring provinces such as Granada, Almería and Albacete, where they now have the opportunity to study podiatry closer to home.
